A transaction is a payment operation.
Each transaction is assigned an identifier (ID, TxID) that consists of alphanumeric characters. This code is generated individually and is unique for each transaction.
Its transfer to third parties is absolutely safe, since all information is encrypted, without the possibility of recovering the original data.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process a transaction. While a transaction is pending, the transaction amount is deducted from "Available Funds", but this does not affect the "Total Account Balance".
- Incoming and outgoing bank transfers, account replenishment transactions always have the status “Accepted”.
- If the status of the operation is different, the payment either has not yet been provided or has not been successfully completed. You can find full information on each operation, as well as the marks of managers who checked payments, in the payment details.
- Transfers between PayDo clients and account service fees do not have statuses. They are instant (do not require additional time to verify/send the payment) and are always successful, i.e. completed.
- If you use a merchant account and accept payments to your project (website), you can find a list of all operations and their statuses in the Transactions tab. If the payment status is “Accepted”, the operation is successful. You can find full information on each payment in its details.
