If you forgot your PayDo account password:
- To reset your password, go the login page and click “Forgot your password”;
- In the new-opened window, enter the email address you used to register your PayDo account.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset a password. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to a new page to enter a new password.
- Enter a new password and save your changes. Your new password must follow strong password criteria.
Also, you have an option to change your password from your PayDo profile.
- Follow the ‘Settings’ section and choose the “Change password” tab;
- Enter your old password and a new one.
If you are unable to reset the password on your own, our Customer Support can assist you. You will need to provide a photograph of yourself holding an identity document and a piece of paper. On the paper, you must write down the date of the ticket or letter creation.
